Registration
ICETE is free to attend and free to publish in: there is no registration fee and no submission or publication charge for any participant. The conference runs as a fully online event and the organising committee contributes its time on a voluntary basis. At least one author of each accepted paper must register before the author registration deadline for the paper to be included in the programme and the proceedings. Listener registration is open to all participants.
Every registration includes
- Access to all keynote lectures and technical sessions
- Publication of the paper as a book chapter with DOI, subject to acceptance through peer review
- Electronic certificate of presentation or attendance, subject to presenting or attending
- Electronic copy of the conference proceedings

Yes. All keynote lectures, technical sessions, and discussions take place online. Registered participants receive joining links by email one week before the conference.
Papers are submitted through the online submission form linked from the Submission page. Prepare your manuscript, export it as a PDF, and upload it together with the requested author details.
Every submission receives a double-blind review by at least two members of the technical programme committee. Decisions are accompanied by written reviewer comments, and accepted papers may be asked to address specific revisions before the final manuscript deadline.
Accepted and presented papers are published as chapters in an edited, peer-reviewed volume with individual DOIs. Details of the publisher and indexing are provided on the Publication page.
Yes. Listener registration is available free of charge for participants who wish to attend the sessions without presenting.
An individual may appear as an author on up to three submissions; however, each accepted paper requires its own presenting-author registration.
Sessions are recorded for internal archival purposes. Recordings of individual talks are shared publicly only with the explicit consent of the presenting author.
Two types of certificate are issued electronically after the conference. A certificate of presentation is issued to each author who presents their accepted paper live. A certificate of attendance is issued to registered participants who join at least one day of the conference. Both are sent to the email address given at registration.
