Who we are
ICETE is run by the ICETE Organising Committee, contactable at contact@icete.org.uk.
What we collect
Names, email addresses, affiliations and country, given through the registration form and the submission system; recordings of sessions.
Why
To run peer review, organise the programme, send joining instructions, issue electronic Certificates of Presentation to presenting authors and prepare papers for publication. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in running the conference.
Who sees it
Committee members and reviewers, Microsoft CMT and Google Forms as service providers, and the book publisher for authors of papers selected for publication.
How long
Registration data is deleted 12 months after the conference; session recordings are kept for internal archive only and shared publicly only with the presenter's consent.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing contact@icete.org.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
